How we treat
We will always treat you as a person first, and a patient second. The better we know you, the easier it is to tailor a rehabilitation plan to achieve your goals of treatment.
When you come to us for an appointment, you can expect some manual therapy during our assessment of your injury or condition. From there, we may bring you through some movement patterns and exercises to further understand how your body moves with the injury or condition and inform your rehab plan.
Treatment may also include dry needling, manual therapy, vestibular exercises and more where suitable.
All of this is to say...
Though we've listed a range of conditions we treat and services we provide, what we really want to get across is that we will use all the tools and methods we have at our disposal to support you in your return to fitness, health, mobility or pain-free living.
You may require strengthening, dry needling, mobility work, manual therapy, or some combination to get you past your pain. Rest assured, at The Physio Ward we have the knowledge, equipment and experience to get you there. But don't take our word for it...

A local story...
"After rupturing my ACL earlier this year I contacted Fiachra to guide my prehab prior to surgery and my rehab and return to play after.
I am now 11 weeks post-op and I'm delighted with how it's all going. I've been very impressed with Fiachras expertise, the structured approach he provides and the gym equipment and environment of the clinic in Stamullen.
I am feeling very confident for this stage of the rehabilitation process and I'm looking forward to my next session and more progress."
