Online Coaching

Online Coaching is a fantastic option for anyone who wants to get the most out of their training and educate themselves on what good physical health and performance looks like. The beauty of online coaching is that you set your goals, time availability, facilities and areas for improvement, and we provide the programming and support to keep you moving forwards.

Exercise Programme Design

Once you have set your goals, we will create a tailored program to help you achieve them. This will include resistance training, cardio, rehab, mobility or whatever it is you seek to improve on. We will take a detailed training history and medical history to ensure we start off at the right level and progress accordingly.

We will be as precise as possible with your personalised training program, encompassing every aspect of exercise science that will allow you to achieve your goals in the fastest possible time. You want to get a good bang for your buck with each training session, so we will cover the finer details here - the exercises, technique, tempo, rest times, repetitions, intensity etc. This way we can more accurately predict your progress and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part.

Nutritional Audit and Optimisation

The specifics of your own goals dictate how we construct a nutritional plan for you and this plan is constantly adjusted to reflect your own changing physical motivations and changes. While optimising your nutrition to reach your goals, we want to keep overall health and balance to the fore too. We generally like our clients to keep a food diary and/or track their food day to day to give an accurate understanding of what their current nutrition looks like.

Don’t expect a ‘diet plan’ as such, we will just progressively aim to alter small things at a time to move you towards healthier alternatives and habits. There is a strong education-component to this whereby over time, you will begin to make better choices around food and become more in tune with how to structure your diet around training days and what constitutes a healthy day to day diet.

Support Throughout

This is really what’s so great about online coaching. Through comprehensive online tracking documents, weekly email check-ins and WhatsApp support, we can answer questions and amend the program when necessary. Any hiccups along the way with injury, barriers to training, lack of motivation etc. can be addressed early to keep you on track.


We encourage our clients to be inquisitive and use us to learn as much as possible around their training, nutrition and health on their coaching journey. The importance of having someone to measure and monitor your progress week to week that you are accountable to really can’t be understated. It really is a game-changer.
